"Lieutenant Ch'rhytross to Lieutenant T'she and Th'zaloth. We managed to replicate an antidote for the poison used in the ankle monitor devices. You will have to insert yourself into the system in order to gain the permission to do so, but it is very easy. All you have to do is trap the cat in a single spot."
